Dromely is an ultra-thin Bluetooth speaker designed to sit under your pillow. It uses a flat, low-profile driver that transmits sound upward through the pillow directly to your ears — no headphones, no earbuds, no pressure. You simply place it under your pillow, connect to it via Bluetooth from your phone, and fall asleep to whatever you like.

Dromely is designed for personal listening. At comfortable sleep volumes, the sound is localised to your pillow area and is generally not audible to a partner sleeping beside you. That said, in a completely silent room at higher volumes, some sound may carry — we recommend keeping the volume at a comfortable low level for best results.

Dromely connects via Bluetooth 5.0 and is compatible with all modern smartphones, tablets, and laptops — including iPhone, Android, iPad, and MacBook. Anything that supports Bluetooth audio will work seamlessly.

Dromely provides up to 10 hours of continuous playback on a single charge, which is more than enough for a full night of sleep. It charges via USB-C and reaches full charge in approximately 2 hours.

Dromely is just 3mm thin — about the thickness of a few credit cards stacked together. Most users report they can't feel it at all through a standard pillow. Side sleepers especially find it completely unnoticeable.

Yes. Dromely is made with soft, skin-safe materials and has no sharp edges or protrusions. It runs cool during use and is specifically designed to be slept on. It has been tested extensively for safe overnight use.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to the USA typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link from our shipping agent once your order is on its way.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from our shipping agent with a tracking link. If you haven't received one within 3 business days of placing your order, visit our Track My Order page and we'll look into it for you.

Tracking updates can sometimes pause for 2–4 days during international transit — this is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

We want you to be completely happy with your Dromely. If for any reason you're not satisfied within 30 nights of receiving your order, simply reach out and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping required on your end.

Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

That's on us. If your Dromely arrives damaged or stops working within the guarantee period, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — whichever you prefer.

Completely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We never store your card information on our servers.

For orders within the USA, there are no customs fees. For international orders (Canada, UK, Australia), import duties may occasionally apply depending on your country's regulations. These are rare but are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have concerns, reach out before ordering and we'll advise.
